These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website reliablebathroomremodeling.com and your relationship with us regarding bathroom remodeling services, estimates, design work, and construction projects. By accessing our website, requesting a consultation, or signing a service agreement, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes related to researching, planning, or contracting bathroom remodeling services. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with website functionality.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Misrepresent your identity or project details to obtain estimates or services.
• Use our content (text, images, project photos) without written permission.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website for anyone violating these terms.

Services Offered

Reliable Bathroom Remodeling provides professional bathroom design, architectural blueprints, 3D renderings, permit assistance, and full remodeling construction services. Specific services include:

• Free in-home or virtual consultations and estimates.
• 3D design and architectural blueprint services (permit-ready drawings).
• Full bathroom remodeling, including demolition, plumbing, electrical, tiling, cabinetry, and fixtures.
• Financing options and project management.

Any service agreement or contract signed separately will supplement these Terms & Conditions and govern the specific scope, timeline, and pricing for your project.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided – whether online, over the phone, or during an in-home consultation – are preliminary and non-binding unless incorporated into a written contract. Final pricing depends on:

• Detailed measurements and site conditions.
• Material selections (tile, fixtures, vanities, countertops).
• Permit requirements and any unforeseen structural issues (e.g., water damage, outdated wiring).
• Change orders requested after the contract is signed.

We strive to provide transparent, fixed-price contracts. Any additional work not included in the original scope will be subject to a separate change order agreed upon in writing.

Design & Blueprint Service Terms

Our design and architectural blueprint service is offered at a flat fee ($2,500 for regular bathrooms, $3,000 for master bathrooms) as described on our pricing page. This fee is 100% refundable if you sign a construction contract with Reliable Bathroom Remodeling for the same project within 30 days of receiving the final design. If you decide not to proceed with us for construction, the design fee is non-refundable, but the blueprints and 3D renderings are yours to use with any licensed contractor.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the blueprints for permit applications and construction on your property only. You may not reproduce or sell the designs to third parties.

Construction Contracts & Deposits

Once you sign a construction contract, a deposit (typically 30–50% of the total project cost) is required to reserve materials and schedule labor. Progress payments are outlined in the contract. Full payment is due upon substantial completion of the project, prior to final walkthrough.

All change orders must be documented in writing and signed by both parties. Unauthorized extra work will not be compensated.

Permits and Code Compliance

Reliable Bathroom Remodeling will assist in obtaining necessary building permits from the City of Chicago or applicable suburb. Permit fees are not included in the design fee but are included in construction contracts unless otherwise stated. The client agrees to provide access for any required inspections. Failure to secure required permits (if client insists on proceeding without them) relieves us of liability for code violations.

Warranty & Limitation of Liability

We stand behind our workmanship. Our standard warranty covers all labor and installation for 60 months (5 years) from the date of substantial completion. Manufacturer warranties on fixtures, cabinets, tiles, and appliances pass through to the client. Our warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear or misuse.
• Damage caused by homeowner neglect, improper cleaning, or third-party alterations.
• Issues arising from underlying structural defects not disclosed prior to construction.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reliable Bathroom Remodeling’s total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid under the applicable contract. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost use of bathroom, hotel costs) unless required by law.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel a construction contract within 3 business days of signing (cooling-off period) for a full refund of any deposit. After that, cancellations are subject to a fee covering any materials already purchased or labor scheduled (typically 10–25% of the contract value). Design-only services (blueprint packages) are non-refundable unless you sign a construction contract as stated above.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website – including text, project photography, 3D renderings, design concepts, logos, and graphics – is the property of Reliable Bathroom Remodeling / Reliable Construction And Remodeling. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission. Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

Third-Party Links and Services

Our website may contain links to material suppliers, financing partners, or other third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those external sites. Interactions with third parties are solely between you and them.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any service agreements shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Cook County, Illinois, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own arbitration costs unless otherwise ordered by the arbitrator.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, legal requirements, or industry standards.
